very helpful staff to exchange chairs I ordered.
Bought 3 bar stools from Cult Furniture. A little delay on the delivery but nothing too bad. Stools arrived with nearly all the hard rubber feet broken off on the stools. I don't blame Cult Furniture, more than likely done by the delivery company. Problem fixed promptly, no problems. Would really have liked to give 5 stars because the stools are quality. Would definitely use again despite minor problems.

Beautiful barstools and excellent customer service - highly recommended.
I ordered some chairs and side tables. Love the chairs. Unfortunately the side tables were delayed so I have been offered a full refund.Issues all sorted and very happy with the service. Thanks Cult. Will be shopping with you again.
Ordered a new office chair for my Birthday. Didn’t turn up on time, or at all. Rang Cult Furniture for a reason and it appeared that the chair had not been dispatched from the warehouse. Person Immediately ordered another which came a couple of days later. Well pleased with it despite the delay.
I was a bit nervous about using this company as I have never heard of them,but after buying some furniture from them and sending some back I have to say that ,this was the best customer service I have received in a long time they are amazing.I would 100% recommended them and I will use them again.

Excellent TransactionWe purchased a stool from the Cult website. A user friendly experience with many images to assist in decision making. The close up of the wooden seat showing all the character and grain finally sold it to us. It came quickly and was nicely packed and easy to assemble. Would definitely recommend.

The furniture looks nice but isn’t that sturdy. The customer service is awful! they take ages to reply to emails so you always need to call.
